Please do not contact anyone in the CS department about the status of this request.  You will receive e-mail once decisions are made.  The decisions will be made in a timely fashion.  Your graduate level is determined by your total credits earned + the credits in which you are enrolled.

The course numbers has the form CS XXX where XXX is in the range 500 - 799. 

The section number is three (3) digits long.

The student ID is all digits.

The email is where you wish the result of your request sent.

The major field is your academic program.

The Graduate levels are:

• GR1: 0-7 credits
• GR2: 8-15 credits
• GR3: 16-22 credits
• GR4: 22+credits

If you are requesting different closed courses, each course must be a different submission.
