Computer Science High School Programming Contest

The Computer Science Department of the College of Computing Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology is pleased to organize the 2012 NJIT High School Programming Contest on Thursday, March 15, 2012.
The contest brings talented students from high schools throughout the State of New Jersey to NJIT's Campus to participate in a programming competition. This is the eighth annual programming contest; some earlier editions can be seen below. Participating teams compete by completing programming assignments, and are ranked according to the number of correct programs they deliver within a predefined period of time. Top ranked teams will receive a plaque. Interested high schools are invited to participate by fielding a team of three programmers, supervised by a coach. Each high school is allowed only one team. Registration is $50.00 per team..

- As a help in preparations, you can use problems from the previous programming contest for practice Students had 2.5 hours to solve the problems. (2005 , 2007 and 2008)

All teams will receive with their registration package some brief instructions of how to use Microsoft Visual C++ and Eclipse system during the Contest
